Brought vehicle in because service park brake light, ESC light, and traction control light was on. I was told that replacing the left front brake sensor and harness would fix the warning lights. It did not fix the warning lights. Then I was told I needed new rear brake pads and that would fix the warning lights. It did not fix the warning lights. Then I was told they found some computer updates and that would fix the warning lights. It did not fix the warning lights. Then I was told I needed new tire pressure sensors and that would fix the warning lights. It did not fix the warning lights. Brought truck back today and dropped it off. $1500 dollars and four different diagnosis later, the warning lights are still on.

Took my truck in for check engine light. O2 sensor was bad and they replaced it along with a tire sensor. The check engine light came back on and I called the next morning and they said bring it back and they would check it out. They found the problem and fixed it at no charge to me. They have the best customer service!!

In the past week, I’ve had two vehicles in for repairs or service. Communication is a big factor when things are so expensive now a days and they go the extra mile to let people know what’s going on in terms of cost and when they’ll have you ready for pickup. I normally have great service experiences. My complaint about this instance is that we were told the Acadia was ready Tuesday afternoon, we live in Clarksville so I made arrangements to arrive late to work Wednesday morning to we could pick it up. We get there pay the bill start the vehicle and I can tell it is still idling hard. After a few minutes the check engine light and other warning lights pop up. We have to leave it there to be rechecked. It was determined that a replacement spark plug had been bad and I got the call that it was ready. I had to make arrangements again to be late to work on Thursday morning so we could pick it up. Just frustrating to make multiple trips and have to be late to work multiple times.

I’ve always had my truck serviced here and this was hands down the worst. The service advisor was short and just asked what I needed. Then once complete it was your truck is ready. That’s it. Then after payment I only received an invoice. I never received an inspection report like always do. I really felt like a nobody and not receiving my inspection report on top of the very short interaction, I just paid and left. Very disappointed to say the least.

I have a lot of trust in the service department. I have felt like everything is communicated and is very fair. My service advisor, Nicholas went above and beyond to help me and communicate with me. Service Department is excellent! Sales department let me down due to their online connection. I sent an email hoping to get information from the service department, found out I was talking to an AI bot and not a person. When a sales person responded, they still didn't do 1 simple request for me. They only were interested in selling me a car. And when I specifically requested to correspond through email, I received a call from sales asking me if I wanted to know the value of my current truck. Sales department needs a reevaluation of this process. You don't need an AI bot - you need a person. In this case, poor customer service and bad business. But again, Service Department was excellent as always.

After a warranty transmission replacement in my 2023 GMC Sierra 2500. I was driving down the road 100 miles later and the 2 bolts that hold up the transfer case let it fall on my skid plate while going down the road causing the CV axle to grind into the lower a arm wasn’t really impressed in the quality of work

I would say that if they are doing any extra to let you know. For example, they rotated my tires with my oil change, they can see my brake pads at the time, would be nice to be told how much pads I have left to know how soon I need to be looking into needing them changed. The only time they talk to most customers is if something extra needs to be done, but being proactive like with the break pads would have more customer loyalty because customers can see that the dealership cares about their safety and not just making money on services.

The staff was great, however the service on the car wasn’t the best or at the expectation level. The reservoir for windshield fluid was left opened, the oil on the deep-stick looks dark in color after checking it at home, some oil drips on the top engine cover.

First appointment on saturday the dealership did not have the proper supplies and had to move my appointment to monday. The attendant told me they would do it first thing monday morning. When I showed up on monday morning at 7.30am the same person was working and he had failed to make an appointment for my vehicle. When I told him he was the one that made the appointment for me he remembered amd said he would have it done straight away. I told the attendant I had to be at work at 9am and it was imperative it was done by 8.30am. He assured me that wouldnt be a problem. At 9.30am he came and asked me if I wanted the cabin filter replaced and that they had started the truck. It was not done until 10.30am causing me to miss a half day of work and costing me a significant amount of money. The same attendant then said he would discount the service to make it up. The discount given was 30 dollars on a 300 plus dollar service. Thats the normal service coupon offered by gmc that I already had and was going to use on the service. I was told I couldn't use both. The service was significantly overpriced, extremely slow and the attendant was unprofessional and obviously didnt care.

I dropped my truck off on Friday afternoon yo get recalls corrected and to have my entertainment /onstar system diagnosed as it was not working. I received a call fro the service advisor on Monday to tell me that there was a bad unit in the system and it would need to be replaced, I was quoted a price of $882.xx over the phone. I called Wednesday morning to check the status of my vehicle and was told it was done and ready to pick up. When I arrived at the dealership I was presented with a bill that was nearly $300.00 higher than the quote. I questioned the bill and the customer service person(who was really nice) said that she had a $50.00 coupon she could apply. Rather than continue to argue over what was quoted vs what I was billed, I paid the bill and left. 15 minutes later I recieved a call telling me that they had not completed all the recalls. I returned to the dealership and then had to wait for over an hour while the task was completed. I found the overall experience to be unpleasant.

I have to keep bringing my truck in because the issue doesn’t get resolved. This is very frustrating and time consuming. I had an antifreeze leak and I had to bring my truck in 3 times before it was fixed correctly. Who ever the person was that worked on my truck needs more training because they do not know what they are doing. Then I tried to give your dealership one more try when my truck wasn’t starting. The person who worked on my truck said I had two dead batteries and some other stuff. I replaced the 2 batteries and my glow plug and my truck still would not start. I had my truck tested before I took my truck to your dealership and the codes were for the glow plug and the fuel pump module. I replaced the fuel pump module myself and guess what? My truck works fine now. I have spent thousands of dollars with this dealership but you will not get a penny of my money ever again. I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to ever do business with your sorry dealership.

Our car had 2 issues. It is under warranty. 1 was repaired. The second issue was not resolved. There is a windshield leak. The leak has discolored the interior of the car overhead above the passenger side window. The repairman was unable to determine where the leak is. There was no help offered in the cleaning of the interior overhead due to the leak. We were told to go to an auto parts store to find a cleaning product.

I had a 7:30a appointment and was there and they took my keys. This was to replace a front right headlight and a left rear blinker. Approx. 9:30+a someone came to let me know they could get the bulb but the blast was no longer available. I could order them myself online and they would install. They did fix the rear left turn signal. My issue is that it took them 2 hrs. to let me know they could not help me with the front right headlight. Many people came and went...not sure why they got priority service nor why I was not informed of progress in the two hours I waited. I come to the dealership because I feel that is the best service for my Buick and also where I bought my auto. Very disappointed.
